Initially lived here for 3 years when it was owned by another company. Came back to wonderful and helpful staff in the leasing office Angel and Nicole have made the move in process easy, fast and seamless. They are always ready and willing to serve. The facilities are always kept in great shape. The community is amazing. I’m glad to be back.
I moved back in June 2023 and I haven't been happier with my decision. My mother also lives in the community and we truly are very grateful for all the staff, especially Nicole and Angel. They are very responsive and helpful to any of our questions. I would recommend this community to any couples/families or whoever is looking for a peaceful space. :)
I have lived here 6 months and I don’t think I have a single complaint. The staff are helpful and friendly, feel super safe in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and issues are handled quickly. Great place for families and young adults.
I have been living here for about a year and a half. The hospitality provided by Nicole and the rest of the staff at Avalon have been nothing but amazing. They have been very helpful wether it is something small or big they handle it right away. I love living here and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. If you are looking for an apartment or the next place to call home look no further. Nicole and the staff will go above and beyond to make sure your needs and wants are met. Highly recommended
THE PARKING TICKETS in this condominium have got to be the worst scam of all time. Ever since Avalon management took over Altis, it’s been terrible. They charge people $5 to register as a visitor & if you don’t have a device with internet access to register, then you’re basically screwed. I got a $55 ticket 13 minutes after I parked while trying to look for someone to help. Can’t even visit family members/friends in peace. Any condominium or business that partners with Professional Parking Management always finds unhappy residents and clients. Stop the scam
Avalon Bonterra made a stellar decision when they chose Jennifer to be their General Manager. She's attentive, understanding and kind. She changed my mind about how I feel renting a multi-family apartment and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for assisting me throughout my residency here. I appreciate you Jennifer.
I moved in earlier this year and have to say that the rental team here is exceptionally supportive and great people to work with . Angel and Nicole are the best and a great benefit to living here .
The agent Miguel Angel was very nice, he talked in Spanish making our visit more comfortable. He gave us some answer to some concerning question we had.
